At meantime, we equipped with three coordinate measuring instrument, the German spectrometer and other advanced testing equipment. R & D technicians have a wealthy experience of application for CAD, UG and other two-dimensional, three-dimensional design software.

In order to ensure product performance, we set up quality control points in the process of production, such as raw material testing, heat treatment (blade high frequency quenching, tempering, quenching，laser hardening) and surface treatment.
To better supports the industry range products , combined our original technology for industry products, a special workshop for industry range pliers was set up. |
